Turn-Around Times
Bench service turnaround times are separate from our post-processing turnaround times. Where required, items must first complete either our Advanced or Ultimate Post-Processing workflow before progressing to final bench work.
Once the required preparation is complete, the timeframes below apply to typical average jobs.

Centre Stone Setting
2–4 Business Days
Typical timeframe for centre stone setting once the piece is fully prepared.
Laser Engraving
1–2 Business Days
Typical turnaround for standard engraving once artwork and positioning are approved.
Polishing
1–2 Business Days
Final polishing is completed once all required setting and assembly work is finished.
Rhodium / Gold Plating
1–2 Business Days
Plating is completed after the piece has been fully prepared and polished.
Small Stone Setting
4–7 Business Days
Detailed multi-stone setting generally requires additional bench time.
Soldering / Assembly
1–2 Business Days
