We get it, everyone wants good, cheap and fast. The reality is that quality casting doesn't work on a fixed stopwatch.
Our in-house wax printing for our clients typically takes 1-2 business days depending on workload at the time, no two days are the same for us. We’ll always aim to get your job through as quickly as possible without compromising the process or the finished result.

Casting Schedule
Our casting schedule is organised by metal type to ensure consistent quality, efficient production and reliable turnaround times.
Regular Metals (Every Tuesday–Friday)
- 9K Yellow & White Gold
- 14K Yellow, White & Rose Gold
- 18K Yellow & White Gold
- Sterling Silver, Ultra-Silver & Fine Silver
Non-Regular Metals (Every Thursday)
- Fine Gold
- 22k Yellow & Rose Gold

Scheduling Rules
Key scheduling guidelines for casting turnaround times, processing stages and special production requests.
No Weekend Casting
Casting is not carried out on Saturdays, Sundays or Mondays. Please factor these days into your turnaround time.
Standard Post-Processing
All raw castings undergo our 8-stage Standard Post-Processing workflow.
OTEC Post-Processing Time
Advanced & Ultimate Post-Processing powered by OTEC, require additional processing time.
High Volume Jobs
Contact us. We may be able to schedule a dedicated melt and provide a faster turnaround.
Casting Limitations
We Do Not Cast
To maintain consistent quality and reliable results, we limit our casting services to selected precious metals and standard Australian karats.
Non-Standard Karats
Non-Standard Australian karats such as 8k, 12k, 21k, 23k etc.
Base Metals
Base metals such as: Brass, Copper, Stainless Steel, Titanium, Tungsten etc
Platinum
Platinum – in development, expected 2027
