Turn-Around Times
We get it, everyone wants good, cheap and fast. The reality is that quality casting doesn't work on a fixed stopwatch.
Our in-house wax printing for our clients typically takes 1-2 business days depending on workload at the time, no two days are the same for us. We’ll always aim to get your job through as quickly as possible without compromising the process or the finished result.
When We Do Cast
Casting Schedule
Our casting schedule is organised by metal type to ensure consistent quality, efficient production and reliable turnaround times.
Regular Metals (Every Tuesday–Friday)
Raw casting, including our standard post-processing, is typically completed within 1–2 business days.

Non-Regular Metals (Every Thursday)
Casting of non-regular metals is performed each Thursday. Waxes must be physically received by 10:00 am Wednesday to be included in the Thursday casting run.

No Weekend Casting
Casting is not carried out on Saturdays, Sundays or Mondays. Please factor these days into your turnaround time.
Standard Post-Processing
All raw castings undergo our 8-stage Standard Post-Processing workflow.
OTEC Post-Processing Time
Advanced & Ultimate Post-Processing powered by OTEC, require additional processing time.
High Volume Jobs
Contact us. We may be able to schedule a dedicated melt and provide a faster turnaround.

Why Turn-Around Times Vary
Once waxes are physically received by our casting department, either from our in-house wax printing department or directly from the client, casting turnaround times will vary depending on the metal and current production workload.

We Do Not Cast
To maintain consistent quality and reliable results, we limit our casting services to selected precious metals and standard Australian karats.
Non-Standard Karats
Non-Standard Australian karats such as 8k, 12k, 21k, 23k etc.
Base Metals
Base metals such as: Brass, Copper, Stainless Steel, Titanium, Tungsten etc
Platinum
Platinum – in development, expected 2027
