Poliluster Sticks Ceramic Files 4.0mm
Poliluster ceramic polishing sticks are precision finishing tools manufactured in Japan for detailed jewellery and metalworking applications. Also known as ceramic fibre files, these ultra-thin, flat sticks measure just 0.5 mm thick, making them ideal for reaching narrow channels, tight corners, recessed details and other areas inaccessible to conventional files and abrasives.
Available in eight grit grades ranging from 80 for coarse material removal to 1200 for ultra-fine finishing, each stick is colour-coded for quick and easy identification at the bench.
This product is the 4.00mm wide Poliluster Stick, sold individually. The sticks can be used by hand, fitted into the Poliluster hand holder (sold separately), or used with compatible Badeco micro polishing and micro filing handpieces. They can also be trimmed and shaped using a diamond disc to create custom profiles for specialised finishing work.
For added versatility, the Poliluster hand holder accommodates smaller sections of broken sticks, helping maximise their usable length. Individual sticks and eight-grit kits are available separately.
Usage Notes
Apply light, even pressure during use to help maintain the stick's integrity and extend its service life.
Use a diamond disc to trim or shape the ends to suit the contours and geometry of the surface being finished.

- Hand holder compatible — use with the separately available Poliluster hand holder for improved control during manual finishing.
- Other widths available — also available in 2.0 mm widths, as well as complete kits in 2.0 mm and 4.0 mm sizes.
