The Right Media for a Better Finish

Optimised for the Process

The performance of a finishing system depends on more than the machine alone. OTEC develops its machines and process media to work together, helping produce controlled and repeatable surface-finishing results.

The OTEC range includes media for both wet and dry finishing, including ceramic abrasives, plastic grinding and polishing chips, stainless-steel media, granulates, compounds and specialist additives.

Selecting the appropriate media, compound and process combination allows the finishing cycle to be tailored to the jewellery piece and desired result—from initial smoothing and preparation through to refined polishing and final surface finishing.
