Here's how the process works

Thorough Clean

Thorough Clean

Once your piece is cast, it undergoes a thorough cleaning to remove all investment powder. After the initial cleaning, we place the item into an acid bath to ensure the metal is completely stripped of any remaining powder and left raw and clean.

Weighing

Weighing

If you haven't selected our ultra-close cutting or ultra-high-shine post-processing services, we will weigh your piece after cutting, using an NMI Trade Approved, verified, and certified scale. The weight is calculated to two decimal places (e.g., 5.04 grams).

Post-Process Weighing

Post-Process Weighing

For clients opting for ultra-high-shine finishing or ultra-close cutting, we will weigh your piece after completing the post-processing services, ensuring you are only charged for the metal used after these procedures.

Import Notes

  • ALL of our castings are 100% nickel free.
  • We do not offer any buy-back, credit, or refining services.
  • We do not accept offcuts, scraps, or leftover material for re-casting or credit, even if the material is from our castings.
  • We do not accept any form of “BYO metals” (you cannot supply your own metals to us to cast for you). This includes pure precious metals such as 24karat gold granules, bars, coins, ingots, customer jewellery, or scraps, as we do not hold a license to buy back or credit precious metals.
